Gordon Laing Biography

Gordon Laing is a freelance technology writer and former Editor of Personal Computer World magazine in the UK. He specialises in digital cameras, home entertainment systems, PC hardware upgrades, wireless networking and mobile technologies.

Gordon is the Editor of Camera Labs, a website which specialises in reviews of digital SLRs, compacts and lenses.

His first book, Digital Retro, an illustrated history of home computers in the 80s, was published in October 2004 by Ilex Press an
d Sybex Books.

September 1998 to May 2000: Expert guest presenter of "Buyers Guide" on Sky's [.TV] channel. Showcased creative technology every week with presenter Will Hanrahan.
